Tracking a warmer and sunny weekend ahead

TONIGHT: Skies remain mostly clear tonight with lows creeping into the upper 40s. Winds remain calmer into the 4-8 mph range out of the northeast.

TOMORROW: Saturday welcomes mostly sunny skies with highs into the upper 70s. Winds remain out of the east-northeast at 4-8 mph.

EXTENDED: Sunday welcomes even warmer temperatures for Mother's day as highs approach near 80 degrees. Skies remain mostly sunny, but by the evening hours we will see an increase in cloud cover. Monday welcomes chances of scattered showers and highs into the upper 70s. We dry into Tuesday as highs break into the 80s and continue to warm into the rest of the week with highs into the 80s. Thursday sees lower chances of showers and storms but we will keep a close eye on that day since ingredients look interesting if moisture trends increase.
